Nichola has over 25 years’ experience in development. With a business background in the Independent Broadcasting Authority, Logica, Coopers & Lybrand and PwC, Nichola knows what organisations are like and appreciates their challenges, frustrations and opportunities. She has also led her own HR and OD teams and draws on this knowledge and experience in her client work
Nichola has a breadth and depth of experience from one-to-one coaching to team development, and the facilitation and design of many different interventions, with both an individual and an organisational development focus.
